Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or recognized U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- United States: Estimated delivery is 4–9 business days, including a 1–2 day processing period and a 3–7 day transit time via trusted carriers.
- International: Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days, including a 1–2 day processing period and a 6–13 day transit, depending on customs clearance and destination.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. We strive to meet these timelines but cannot guarantee them.
Shipping Methods
- We partner with reliable carriers including UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, and TForce to ensure secure delivery.
- All shipments include tracking and insurance at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
- For orders under $500 within the United States, a flat shipping fee of $20 will be applied, calculated automatically at checkout.
- For orders under $500 internationally, a flat shipping fee of $50 will be applied, calculated at checkout based on destination.
- Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $500 worldwide.
- Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are not included in shipping costs.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time. Track your package via the carrier’s website using the provided number.
Delivery Guidelines
- Restrictions: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required.
- Signature Requirement: A signature is mandatory for all deliveries of engines or motors to ensure security.
- Inspection: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, note it with the driver, take clear photos, and contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt.
Multiple Shipments
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately for efficiency. You’ll receive a unique tracking number for each package via email.
Damaged Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damage and packaging immediately.

- We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, based on your preference and stock status.
