  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–8 business days, depending on location.

2. Order Processing & Handling

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 AM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney).
  • Handling Time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Saturday).
  • Transit Time: 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • If a delay occurs, we will notify you immediately.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become available.
  • Please ensure your email is correct to receive notifications.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch.
