Shipping Process in Australia:

  • Flat rate of $80 shipping within Australia.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 AM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney)
  • Order Handling Time: 0-1 business day (Monday to Saturday)
  • Transit Time: 1-7 business days (Monday to Friday) for Economy Shipping
  • In the event of a delay, we will contact you immediately.
  • Estimated delivery time based on customer locations: 1-8 business days.

Tracking:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to track it until it is delivered.
  • You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
  • Ensure the email you provide is accurate and correct to receive the notifications.

Cancellations:

  • If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has shipped.
  • If an order has already been processed, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure that the address you provide during checkout is accurate. If the product is delivered to an incorrect address and is returned to our store, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the package.
