Return Window
- We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, applicable worldwide.
- The 14-day period begins from the delivery date confirmed by our tracking system.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and documentation.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Outboard motors or parts that have been installed, run, or altered.
- Custom or special-order products.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or not in resalable condition.
Return Authorization
- All returns require prior approval. Contact us at info@alvaromachines.com with your order number before shipping items back.
- Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
Return Shipping Costs
- United States Customers: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (in which case, we provide a free return label).
- International Customers: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs fees, duties, or taxes, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (free label provided).
- All returns must use a trackable, insured shipping method (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). Items lost or damaged during return are the customer’s responsibility unless insured.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of inspection at our warehouse.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and include the item price and original shipping cost (if applicable), minus return shipping fees unless the return qualifies as defective or damaged.
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of non-defective items at our discretion, as noted at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@alvaromachines.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- If confirmed, Alvaro Machines will provide a free return shipping label and offer a replacement (subject to availability) or full refund at your preference, processed within 3–5 business days.
