At Alvaro Machines, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returns and refunds.

1. General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame – Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition – The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Proof of Purchase – A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable items.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Clearance sale items (unless faulty).
  • Gift cards.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email info@alvaromachines.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting documentation or photos if the item is faulty or damaged.
  2. Approval – Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the RAN and return instructions.
  3. Packaging & Shipping – Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all relevant documentation. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-built machinery.
  • Special order items not in our regular inventory.
  • Products showing signs of use or customer damage.
  • Items that have been tampered with, disassembled, or modified.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • Processing Time – Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the item.
  • Original Shipping Costs – Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee – A 15% restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider (some refunds take extra time to process).

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. To request an exchange, email us at info@alvaromachines.com. Processing times vary based on location.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective within the warranty period, contact us immediately. You will need to provide:

  • Photos of the damage or defect.
  • A detailed description of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. Warranty Coverage

Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering material and workmanship defects. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer approval. For details, check the product page or contact us.

9. Gifts

  • If marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return approval.
  • If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to them.
