Are all outboard motors new?
Yes. Every engine listed on our website is 100% brand new, factory-sealed, and comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty. We do not sell used, refurbished, or reconditioned items.
Do you sell used or refurbished motors?
No. We only sell new, factory-sealed outboard motors with original documentation and full warranty support from the manufacturer.
Which brands do you carry?
We stock high-quality outboard motors from Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Mercury, Tohatsu, and select Evinrude G2 models (limited availability due to discontinued production—confirm stock before purchase).

Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 worldwide. For orders under $500, a $20 flat fee applies within the United States, and a $50 flat fee applies internationally. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4–9 business days in the United States and 7–15 business days internationally, depending on customs clearance. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide to most countries. Rates vary by destination—$50 flat fee for orders under $500, free over $500. Email info@alvaromachines.com for custom quotes or restrictions (customs duties are your responsibility).
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment in real time via UPS, FedEx, or TForce.
Will my order require a signature?
Yes. A signature is required upon delivery for all outboard motors to ensure security.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for new, unused items in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. See our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
How do I request a return?
Email us at info@alvaromachines.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review and send a Return Authorization (RA) with instructions within 24 hours. Returns without approval won’t be accepted.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet—we can cancel it immediately for a full refund. Once shipped, a return process applies per our Returns & Refund Policy.
Warranty
Do your motors come with a warranty?
Yes. All new motors include a full manufacturer’s warranty (typically 3–5 years, depending on brand and recreational use). Coverage starts from the registration date and includes defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty Policy for brand-specific details.
Who handles warranty claims?
Claims are handled directly by the manufacturer through their authorized service network. We’ll assist by providing your proof of purchase and helping locate a local service center—contact us at info@alvaromachines.com.
Do I need to register my motor?
Yes. Most brands require warranty registration within 30 days of purchase to activate coverage. Instructions and a prepaid card (if applicable) are included in your delivery package. Register online via the manufacturer’s website (e.g., yamahaoutboards.com) for fastest processing.
